TRAVEL || FYI, Nigeria is not the hottest place in the world.

Hello Royalty!

How is the summer going on your end? I hope it’s alright…and not too hot! I happen to be in Texas at the moment and I bet you, the sun is the definition of scorching. The weather here during the day is nothing less than 32°C, except it rains. When I took these pictures, it was 33°C…you can imagine. It has risen up to 38° at some point and then about 28 or 27°C at nights (which is average Nigerian daily weather forecast). When I told a friend I was going to blog about it, he laughed it off…but hey, I think it’s worth knowing so we don’t go ahead condemning Nigeria on everything. The sun can be scorching anywhere.

Jokingly, I told my folks that the next time I hear an American say “Africa is so hot”, I’m going to pull off my earrings. But anyways, I’m still having fun here, I’m grateful for that and I think that I am slowly becoming a foodie. What do we call that???

Also, I’m pleased to announce to you that this post is an introductory one to upcoming travel posts. Considering the fact that I have the vibe of a wanderlust and I have a blog, I have decided to journal and share my travel moments with you…and I really hope that you welcome and enjoy this new joy!

I promise to keep you updated. ✌

Goodbye Royalty,

With Overflowing Love,

Alexandra Zion.
